Cooperative Savings and Credit Protection Fund
: (1) Notwithstanding anything written in the prevailing law, the Government of Nepal shall establish a Cooperative Savings and Credit Protection Fund for the protection of savings and loans provided by the organizations with the participation of the provincial government or local level cooperatives.
